My specialty is understanding a headshot and what appropriate photo retouching is needed no matter the age, skin color, ethnicity, or gender. For older people, retouching needs to account for their age first and foremost. Removing eyeglass reflection is very important to remove the distraction and keep a person’s eye away from their glasses and to see the person and their headshot in its entirety. To remove 15+ years from a client’s face is not serving my client. Instead, my retouching helps reduce some of the signs of aging in a realistic manner, giving my client a fresher and confident feel.
